By accessing and using the services provided by Haven 22 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located in Estero, Florida, you ("User", "Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Haven 22 provides consulting and digital marketing strategies for local businesses.
a. Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) or as one-time consulting fees.
b. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our platform.
c. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated billing method.
d. Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
a. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
b. You agree not to use our platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate specific carrier regulations (A2P 10DLC).
c. You consent to receiving SMS/Text messages from us regarding your account and services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
d. Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and to opt in to receive SMS or text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that the phone number you provide belongs to you. We do not knowingly send messages to individuals under the age of 18.
e. Carrier Liability. Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages and are not responsible for the content of any message. We do not guarantee the delivery, timing, or accuracy of any message sent through carrier networks.
f. Privacy. All information collected through our SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at haven22.co/privacy-policy.
The content, features, and functionality of our services (including but not limited to automation snapshots, funnel designs, and training materials) are and will remain the exclusive property of Haven 22. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your own business use only.
In no event shall Haven 22, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
