I built the room I couldn't find
I spent nearly a decade in the construction industry. All I wanted was a community with actual support, relevant resources, and zero judgment. A space where I could grow and still be myself.
Instead I kept walking into rooms that hadn't been updated since Bush was president (the dad one). The conversations stayed on the surface. The energy felt competitive and performative.
Turns out I wasn't the only woman who felt this way. So I stopped waiting for the room to exist and built it. Enter, Haven 22.
What started as a small gathering has become a growing community of ambitious women who crave deeper dialogue, sharper strategy, and genuine support.

Yes. Private event rentals run $750–$1,250 for members (half or full day, cleaning fee included), and corporate packages start at $200/hour with half and full-day rates available. Members get member pricing on every booking.
